Structural Design
Cyl provides structural & FE modelling of all types of structures. Our Engineers can model structures comprising RC frames, steel frames, trusses shells, pre-stressed or post-tensioned floors, or even create localized models of steel structures using shell or brick elements. We offer modelling using the following software:

Modelling, loading & analysis of the structures are supervised by chartered (ICE or IStructE) engineers. Services include:
— Model creation
— Application of loading
— Creation of design combinations (BS or
Eurocode
— Fine tuning of the model until all elements pass the design checks
Once modelling and analysis are complete, the model is returned to the client for further processing and submission.
